It is said that a famous devotee of Guruvayurappan chanted ‘Padmanabho Maraprabhu’ in place of ‘Padmanabho’maraprabhu’. In bhakti yoga, bhava is more important than ritual. Till then, you can continue to chant Devi Mahatmyam without nyasa, and other stotras, as you used to do till last year. Namaste, You will have to receive initiation from an Acharya to chant Nyasa, Argalam, Kilakam, etc.
